> We will contact you with any temporary bookings we feel will be suitable for you. We will give you the full brief – ie. who the company is, what they do, hours of work, rate of pay, dress code and how to get there. At this time you will have the option to accept or decline the booking. Please do not accept the booking if you do not think you will be able to complete it.
> Keep to the client's working hours, unless otherwise instructed. If you need to work overtime or through the lunch period, always obtain the authority of your line manager in advance.
> If for any reason you can’t do a booking e.g. due to sickness or you are running late for a booking, please let us know immediately. Our office is staffed from 8.30am to 6.00pm every weekday and there is an answer phone that you can leave a message on after hours. Please call us rather than emailing or texting, so if your consultant is not in one of our other members of staff can inform our client immediately.
> Always arrange any personal appointments or interviews outside standard working hours.
> Do not make or receive personal phone calls. Should a call be absolutely necessary, then get permission from a senior member of staff. Also, please keep your mobile phone turned off during office hours.
> Do not use the internet for personal use/checking emails etc. If you do need to urgently check your emails, do so during your lunch hour and always check with the client first.
> If anything is worrying you please talk to us. If we don’t know there is a problem we can’t fix it! If you have any payroll or tax queries then Carol in our Accounts Department can help you. She knows the tax system and will help as much as she can. You can contact her directly by phone or by email.
