At the end of your booking, or on Friday if the booking is ongoing, be sure to get your timesheet signed by an authorised member of staff – without an authorised signature we will be unable to pay you. Fax the signed timesheet to our Accounts Department. The fax number is at the top of the timesheet. Please ensure that you use the Accounts Department fax number rather than the phone number!
Timesheets must reach us by 5pm on the Monday following the week you worked for us in order for us to pay you that week. If your timesheet is late, you will be paid the following week. Always keep a copy of the timesheet in case our Accounts Department do not receive it for any reason and we need to ask you to fax it again.
